We had a large wild cherry tree break in half a few years ago in our back yard and I finally got around to cutting it all the way down. I think it's either a very large choke cherry or maybe a black cherry. So it's hard wood and could probably be used to make furniture or something if you had the means to process it. It's about nine inches at it's thickest, and I don't know how tall.
If you're willing to cut it up and haul it away, then it's yours for free.
(PS: I know there are maple branches in the picture too, that's from a different tree.)
