Person to Join Forces to Sell Items (Hooksett)

I have been a Motor Vehicle Dealer here in NH for 32 years - Now I have retired and am out of that business and wish to Team Up to Buy, Repair and Sell Lower Priced Items. Motor Vehicles Prices are way too high and so Incredibly Complex to repair.
Not only that, But Now there are about 5,000 Vehicle Dealers in NH! Far too many!
I had dealer Wholesale Number 225. I go way back. Back then there were less than 1400 Total of Various Type Dealers in the entire State. Now there are about 5,000 Vehicle Dealers in NH! Far too many!
I want to sell items like Lawn / Garden and Smaller Construction Equipment, and a few used Trailers here and there - Looking for a person with a Garage or Barn and some yard space to work outside in the nice weather, ideally within 10 miles of Shaw's Grocery in Hooksett, Can be in any Town, Concord is Especially Good. Could be up to 15 miles.
Looking for someone with a Garage of some Sort, or a Barn and Land to work on a few items at a time and to park at least 2 (Trailers) at a time ~ Work area doesn't need to be Fancy, but a Watertight Roof is great - I am a Certified Auto Mechanic in 5 areas.
Even just a Metal Carport would be Awesome in the Nice Weather. Out of the direct Sun if it ever comes out, and out of the rain.
Some have said that Trust is an issue. So they write and offer, Brag about how awesome they are then back Out or refuse to meet in person or even send a phone Number! A bunch of losers around!
Therefore, it would be Great to talk on the phone some and then meet at your place. I don't need access to Your Tools or Garage when you are not there. I have Plenty of Tools myself.
I have the Tools and Knowledge needed to fix a lot of Items, You don't need a lot of Cash just a little Land with a Shed, Garage, Barn, Carport and Some Motivation, room to park 3 or 4 trailers. 2 Trailers for sale and 2 Trailers for use to PU items we intend to Sell.
I am over 50 and have many years of experience in many areas ~ this for you can also be Part Time if you already have a Full-time job - I am looking for Help, Not Looking for Loans or Cash - Just a Partner to share the workload with a Desire to make Some Honest Money.
