Looking for a peaceful place to park and live in my beautiful award winning Tiny House on Wheels!
Do you have a little extra space on your property?
I'm seeking a long-term parking agreement (at least one year) with someone who has a large yard, farm, wooded property, homestead, or other suitable space.
I'm looking for:
● Level site with road access
● Access to electricity (15 or 30 AMP) although I have solar if in right location
● Water hookup (preferred, but not required)
● Room for one vehicle and a small outdoor seating area
● Respectful relationship with the property owner
About the Tiny House:
● Professionally built to IRC standards, licensed and insured
● Attractive, clean, and quiet
● No permanent foundation required (I have stabilizing jacks, wooden wheel covers, skirting & tie downs)
● Minimal environmental impact or infrastructure impact

● Happy to maintain the site and keep it looking beautiful
