Unit 311 easily accommodates a large group looking to have some family fun in NH!
We've rented unit 311 for at least the past 7 years and have enjoyed our experience every year! It's very reasonably priced for a condo that sleeps 8 to 9 comfortably. Bob and Sue are great and always check in to make sure we have everything we need and if we don't they address it within minutes and I'm not exaggerating. The Nordic inn has all the amenities we look for like a gym, pool and hot tub and it's kid friendly. Also it's within walking distance to the Hobo Railroad and multiple restaurants like The Common Man and just a short drive to Clark's Trading Post, Loon Mountain, hiking trails, etc.
We have stayed in Unit 311 (which we rent directly from the condo owner) at least once per year for the last ten years. The unit is always clean, tastefully decorated, and frequently upgraded ( with new furnishings or electronics). Most recently, I decided to book a long weekend stay with my mother, sisters, and nieces. We had a fabulous time. Our unit had a fully equipped kitchen so we could prepare meals as needed or order take-in to eat in the dining area. There was plenty of sleeping and living space for seven adults and one two year old. The facility amenities included an indoor pool/hot tub and game room and a decent size fitness center with weight and cardio equipment. I have used all these amenities during my various stays and have never had any problem getting access to equipment or dealing with large crowds in the pool area. Within walking distance of the condo, there is a beautiful bike trail that leads to the Village at Loon Mountain and a short distance by car there is the Cascade Park in North Woodstock. We would highly recommend this unit as a family vacation spot!
