Excellent mountain and lake views from all rooms. Outside patio area with table, chairs and gas grille. Washer and dryer, fully applianced eat in kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, wall oven, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, and disposal.
Three separate living areas- one with couches and gas log fireplace, one with smart tv and large sectional with sitting for 6 and a bar area with stools overlooking lake. The third is a separate family room excellent for kids with wii, 60" smart tv, and foosball table. The house has wifi, cable tv, board games, DVDs, and an extensive paper back book collection.
70' dock is shared with neighbor and includes swim ladder and stairs into water. Docking and mooring for up to a 24' boat and grass play area and fire pit. Parking for 4 cars No smoking in house and no pets please. Linens provided but must bring your own towels. Available summer weeks Saturday to Saturday.
