Its a private Condo., 5 minutes from Loon - impressive, spacious, charming and solid N. Woodstock/Lincoln. 2 bed 2 bath Condo. Some of the best amenities in all New Hampshire: Swim in the private heated indoor pool and relax in the hot tub and sauna. all while enjoying stunning mountain views. Pool table, air hockey and table tennis upstairs in a stunning open area, overlooking the lake and outlying White Mountains. Recreation center and separate video game room for the kids. Separate free weight and nautilus gyms, ideal to sneak a workout in. Indoor racquetball and volleyball courts.
Great walking trails nestled in the woods all along the beautiful Pemi. River surrounding the Complex (with an impressive waterfall at one spot). Bring your skates and skate on the private outdoor ice rink too.
The Condo sleeps 6 has a full and a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, disposal and an island with 3 chairs. Open layout leads to a fireplaced living room, with a dining table/area seating 6. The living room couch pulls out to a double bed. TV with cable, wifi available, dvr, vcr etc.. Spacious, private master bedroom with a queen sized bed, full closet and a private full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub (and private balcony overlooks the Pemi River and with mountain views from the master bedroom). Spacious 2nd bedroom with multiple beds, double closet and private balcony too.
Only $325 for the weekend with a $55 cleaning fee for the 2 nights, 3 days. (or $800 for the week). No pets and no smoking in the bldg but with designated smoking areas outside. The Lincoln and N.
