One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, the third bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a sleep sofa. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, Kitchen Aid mixer, and full-sized refrigerator. Washer/dryer at no charge. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Parking 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Dog friendly. No smoking permitted on the property. Air-conditioning, outdoor shower, gas grill, large outdoor table with an umbrella, Bluetooth speaker, washer and dryer, high-speed internet and cable, all linens, bath and beach towels provided for the number of guests reserved. The main bedroom is a queen, the second bedroom is a queen, and the twin-size bed has a pull-out trundle for an additional child. The living room couch pulls out for an additional bed. There is also a safe for valuables in one of the bedrooms.
