There are five bedrooms with 7 queen beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, etc. There also is a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two sitting areas, one is 28 ft.x28 ft. with a cathedral ceiling, gas log fireplace, ceiling fans, all knotty pine boards, several couches and chairs, and a large dining room table and 50" cable tv and wireless internet. The other sitting area also has a large screen tv along with chairs and a couch and there are also tv's in the bedrooms. There are many windows and patio doors along with two covered decks with a BBQ gas grill and outdoor tables and chairs. Everything is furnished except for towels.
On the river there is a pavilion with picnic tables, chairs, outdoor fire pit, outdoor lights with access to the Saco River for kayaking, canoeing, or swimming. (Rentals for kayaks and canoes are located nearby) We also have a private pond with a sandy beach, picnic tables, chairs, and another outdoor fire pit.
Weekend rates are $1500 and weekly rates are $2200. Holiday and vacation weeks are extra.
