Hours: M-F 6AM-3PM

         Merial Handler 2 is responsible for receiving and distributing incoming goods, conducting cycle counts of finished goods and/or component inventory, and kitting production parts as needed. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to safety, compliance with our quality system, and adherence to all applicable standards and regulions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be required to perform additional duties reled to the functions listed below, as reasonably necessary to meet business needs, including but not limited to: 

         Perform work order kitting, Kanban replenishment, and fill shortages and back orders for production.

         Unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.

         Genere daily cycle count worksheets, backorder, and negive reports.

         Perform daily cycle count activities and reconcile variances.

         Receive merials from incoming shipments and move them to approved inventory locions. Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

         Conduct safe operion of all vehicles and handling equipment, maintain them in safe operive condition, and store them securely in the warehouse.

         Maintain in-house stock levels for production to ensure an uninterrupted flow of raw merials.

         Assist with the onboarding of new merial handlers by teaching them the process and requirements.

         Ensure inventory accuracy through the cycle count program.

         Strive towards preventing production downtime by managing merial shortages.

         Ensure accuracy of the PDS receiving log, if required.

         Communice with the distribution center and production supervisors to ensure the daily flow of raw merials meets the production plan.

         Maintain available space in a ne, organized, and compliant manner.

         Keep the work area ne and organized.

         Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager, supervisor, or group leader.

Educion & Experience: 

         High school degree or equivalent

          1 to 3 years reled experience

Skills

         Strong organizional skills and tention to detail

         Working knowledge of MRP systems

         Strong tention to detail

         Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

         Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred

         MRP experience preferred

The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $39,800-$59,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compension packages will ultimely depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, educion, business needs and market demand..
