Insulated heat Hot water.cooking hot shower has 14ft awning,good windows doors all 🔒 up all keys 🗝️ Appx size 8x20.Has a good roof No leaks.Roof has tarp on just for protection sap tree debris flying 🪽 branches snow ❄️ ice build Up heavy rains.I protect everything outside I own from England weather. gvw 6,000 lbs Been sitting there for 2-3 years now.No major Damage in or out No rust.
