Andrews Construction Co., Inc. is currently seeking an experienced individual for a sitework
foreperson position. Minimum 5 years of experience running sitework jobs from small
residential to larger commercial jobs. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervise/oversee crews of 5 - 15 or multiple crews
• Assigns work tasks and direct field crews
• Complete all daily/weekly paperwork, material tracking and other job paperwork as required
• Communicate with project manager with regards to ordering materials, subcontractors and change orders
• Monitor subcontractor progress
• Oversee jobsite safety
• Able to recognize, and respond proactively to, differing site conditions, unanticipated conditions, and other unforeseen challenges
