S.A.D. Inc is a sitework contractor looking to expand our services within southern New Hampshire. We are looking for the talented people to come join growing our team.
Location: Milford NH, Servicing Southern NH area from Keene to Concord to Nashua.
We are looking for an experienced Sitework Foreman to lead crews on civil/site development projects in southern NH. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and a team leader that is looking to grow with company for long term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise sitework crews and daily field operations
• Read plans, perform layout, and use GPS/rover equipment
• Complete Daily field Reports
• Oversee grading, excavation, utilities, and site prep
• Operate heavy equipment as needed
• Maintain safety standards and coordinate materials
Requirements:
• 3+ years sitework/foreman experience
• Strong grading, excavation, and layout skills
• GPS/rover experience preferred
• 5+ years experience operating Heavy equipment,Loader, dozer and Excavator
• Ability to lead a crew
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA 10 & 30 or CDL a plus but not mandatory
