Our construction company is seeking a skilled commercial carpenter to join our team. We specialize in building and remodeling commercial and residential properties, including offices, retail spaces, restaurants, apartment buildings, and homes. Responsibilities:
-Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
-Cut, shape, and assemble wood, plastic, and other materials to form structures and frameworks, including walls, floors, and doors/windows.
-Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications and needs from frame to finish.
-Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial carpentry.
-Experience with carpenter's hand and power tools.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must have reliable transportation and tools.
