🛠️ About the Job:
For marine make ready technician:
You’ll help getting our boats ready for delivery and make our customers happy.
We work with top-tier brands like:
Yamaha & Mercury outboards
Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Robalo, Key West, Edgewater, Sea Hunt, Parker, and many more
Duties include:
Prepping new and used boats for delivery
For Parts Person:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about boating or marine equipment? We’re looking for a reliable Parts Specialist to join our team at a busy, customer-focused boat dealership!
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
Manage inventory, stock levels, and parts organization
Receive, label, and shelve incoming shipments
Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
Maintain accurate records in our inventory system
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For:
Previous parts, retail, or inventory experience (marine or automotive preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift and move parts as needed
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
Knowledge of boats, marine engines, or accessories
Experience with inventory management systems

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturdays required during busy spring/fall seasons (Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) We close on Saturdays starting end of October.
