Granite State Epoxy (GSE) is expanding and we are hiring Epoxy Installation Technicians to join our team. No experience is required — we train the right people. If you take pride in hard work, show up on time, and want a real career path, this is for you.
🔥 What You’ll Do
You’ll work with engineered flooring systems used in garages, basements, showrooms, commercial spaces, and high-end environments.
Daily tasks include:
Surface prep (grinding, mixing, patching)
Installing epoxy coatings, decorative flake, and seamless flooring
Using tools and equipment (grinders, vac systems, mixers)
Working on a small, fast-moving crew
Following detailed installation processes
You will become a skilled technician, not just a laborer.
💰 Pay & Advancement
We offer a clear growth path based on performance and skill:
Level I – Apprentice Technician: $18–$24/hr
Level II – Certified Technician: $25–$32/hr
Level III – Lead Installer: $33–$40/hr + bonuses
Additional compensation:
Overtime opportunities
Direct path to Lead Installer or Operations roles
If you show initiative, you will advance quickly.
📅 Schedule
Monday–Friday
7am–4pm typical (some variation with job sites)
Full-time, year-round work
👍 Who Succeeds Here
We are looking for people who:
Show up on time
Work well with their hands
Can lift 50+ lbs
Have a valid driver’s license
Learn fast and follow instructions
Take pride in quality work
Experience in ANY of the following is a plus (but not required):
Concrete, painting, flooring, roofing, automotive detailing, carpentry, warehouse, landscaping.
🎓 We Train You
We provide full training in epoxy flooring installation.
You will learn:
Surface preparation
Resin mixing & chemistry basics
QC and QD engineered systems
Repair methods
Tools & machinery operation
You’ll earn real certifications used across the industry.
📍 Location
Hooksett, NH — Report to our shop daily.
