Oak Ridge Electrical is looking to hire multiple apprentices in their 3rd or 4th year.
If you you believe your current employer is not teaching you enough to be a badass electrician... we got you. Some residential but mostly commercial. Come in with this team and learn to be incredible. We obviously pay for schooling and if you get hung up on a class gimme a call.
Come in as an apprentice and we teach you to be a bad ass electrician then I will show you how to estimate and project manage.
I will teach you how to start your company when you are ready. I literally don't give a shit that we could be "competition" because what is the point of working for me if I am holding you down? Most companies hide information from you and try to keep you stupid so they don't have to pay you or teach you because they only care about them. At Oak Ridge we and I care about building you up to be a superior electrician. Sure we expect to profit off your work and that's just business but also this trade cannot progress without the younger generation learning how to kick down the doors.
Pay is based on experience, yes you can have health insurance. We have some bonuses in their too, actually everyone got a cut of the scrap wire yesterday.
If you are motivated to be on time have good attendance, and can upholdan oath of safety, and want to learn and can take direction we will kick butt together.
