Battery drills drain and lose the torque, the batteries eventually will become useless and now you're stuck with a powerless drill, a PAPER-WEIGHT!!

Both drills were used often, both are work horses.
Both show wear but were well maintained and never abused.
Buy both drills and (Sears) toolbox comes with.
The brushes were replaced.
