Vintage heavy steel, worked when I bought it and never used it. electric start and unit complete. pulled carb and that's as far as I got so with rebuild carb or add a new one $59.00 on amazon.ran great with the 5hp Tecumseh engine ,,been in shed for years, one on eBay for $1000.
