Lightly used 6/12 volt battery charger. 10 amps of power. Can be set for automatic (set the timer knob) charging or manual. Brand name is Shumacher which is a respected and reputable brand name. See 3rd pic for what it costs currently-on sale at $99. This is a corded electric charger.
No issues just not needed.
