Have you been toying with the idea of doing vacuum forming, vacuum clamping, vacuum bagging/pressing/degassing (think carbon fiber auto parts), wood veneering, wood stabilization (for knife handles, pistol grips, etc) or any of dozens of other vacuum-based manufacturing techniques?
This is your opportunity to grab expensive gear for a great price.
This is a partially converted commercial vacuum pressing table. Finish the project and you'll have an approx 4' x 3' industrial grade table for all sorts of vacuum forming and workshop vacuum-clamping needs. With the table I will include:
Commercial grade Edwards RV12 vac pump with multiple high-end contaminant filtration components. Several pounds of filtration media will be provided. Just ONE of the filter chambers retails for $750.
Vardex wire reinforced hoses.
Stainless steel ball valves.
Custom-designed aluminum hose clamps
ISO-KF stainless fittings and fitting clamps with Viton gaskets
Large neoprene and natural rubber sheets...never used
Wood platform for mobility with 6 ultra high capacity industrial casters rated at 600lbs each. Basically I used this to wheel the table around in my little workshop.
Optional lab grade stainless vacuum chambers sourced from ultra-high grade mass spectrometer chambers. I have two of these chambers. The same sort of chamber that professional labs use to create near perfect vacuums for mass spectrometry. The stainless body alone with no accessories runs about $1500+. Complete with custom removable stainless sleeve insert, rolling base and high-strength borosilicate glass viewport cover. You will not find a vac chamber anything like these anywhere online and it would cost you about 7× my asking price to source and build these chambers on your own. Large face Weksler vacuum gauges, stainless KF clamps & fittings and Vardex hoses are available for an additional cost.
This is several thousand dollars in high-end components. Not a single cheap component anywhere on the rig. It's built to last. This is not one of those YouTube DIY $50 hobbyist vac tables or vac chambers, or the crappy overpriced $300 units made with $50 in materials. If you're on a tight budget, this is probably not the deal for you. But if you're looking for a professional commercial-grade setup at a ridiculously low price, then you've found it.
Table with vac pump, filtration system and rolling dolly base is just $1250.
Vac chambers are $350 each. Two identical chambers available
Cash sale. Prices are firm. Bring your pickup or trailer if you want the table. Milford, NH. No deliveries. I can help you load it.
