DEWALT Random Orbital Sander, 5-Inch ~ "This has a "NEW" hook loop pad on it." Therefore, the paper will stick like Glue. That was 20.00 by itself, and then you need to take the time to put it on, I just put it on. That is considered the weak area on ANY Hook Loop high speed sander. The high Speeds wears the hook loops out eventually.
