It can be bolted to your workbench. I have a Large Iron Welding table and just used Vice Grips or C Clamps to hold it when I needed to use it. I also have a wooden worktable on the front of my trailer and had holes drilled so I could when needed Bolt it on and go to work. That would take 3 minutes to do. I kept the Vice and Bolts in the toolbox on my truck. I have worked as a Contractor and Handiman for 35years and this has saved my ass hundreds of times. When bolted to the trailer I would also use it to hold the Bar on my Chainsaw while I sharpened the Chain. That left my 2 hands free to focus on Filing the Chain properly.

This is a very rare Vice with the Red Arrow Signature. It has the very pronounced Anvil Tail on it. Specific for forging items.
