Very clean American Doll collectible.
Cost over $500 new going for about that on eBay currently.

Has several removable parts including the roof, a bunk and mattress, a light up fireplace, outside shower, a rug and chair and avocado decoration with shelves and a bonus fold out bed. All in excellent condition.
This was well cared for. This child that owns this though another child should get it at 25% the cost.

This can either be picked up near Campton NH
