Getting rid of my wife’s old MacBook Pro. Finally broke down and bought a newer MacBook Air for her. This has been a reliable machine well taken care of and still may have some life left. I’m a technician by trade so we’ve tweaked this thing a little bit:

Dual Core i5 2.5GHz
16GB RAM (upgraded from 4GB)
256GB Corsair SSD
Original Magsafe charger
Working DVD drive

I can’t believe how well this thing runs the latest OS given that it’s 11+ years old. There are no cracks on the screen, no major scratches/blemishes, it’s in great shape. This machine is from the greatest line of MacBooks, their aluminum unibody design.

This computer can no longer be updated by Apple. There are ways to get the latest OS but requires a bit of knowledge to maintain.
