Spring fishing, Price includes all for move in ready. Yes w/d, dishwasher, Camp style pump noise, small fibreglass shower, Oil heat, and wood stove, heaters /Cozy warm. 1-2 (office) bedroom , 3/4 bath plus convenient claw foot tub upstairs in the 2nd bedroom. Owner prefers a single or couple ..not family. $675 weekly w/annual lease increase. Owner's camp close nearby we are roomates meaning shared property outside mostly for maintence and improvement reasons.. Private style house for you though, the front and most of the beach. Shallow not deep water swimming. Fishing style Boats to use like canoes and kayak. Great fun/shared space outside with long 156' of beachfront on lake. Owner has a 2nd property usually hanging out at and not around much. It's a year round waterfront camp! Owner simply needs help paying required costs, and wants "happy to be on the water experiencing Maine kind of tenants" to be there. Not a party house! A cool home with happy energy...For hard working people who like to take breaks and play. Welcome!
