Here is something you Most Likely Do Not Know~ Most ankle Weights are sold Individually. They are NOT Sold as pairs. You need to order or Purchase 2 in order to have a set.

So Total of 4 Individual Strap on Weights, Sold all Together - 2 complete sets for Only 55.00

1 Pair is the Everlast Pro Weights ~ 1st 3 Pictures With 1 lb. Cigar weights that you can add or subtract - So each Strap on weight is 10 lbs x 2 = 20 lbs Total for Both. These will fit a large persons wrists or a smaller persons ankles.

2nd Pair is the Golds Gym Brand ~ Last 2 Pictures ~ 1 lb weight increments - I believe each holds 6 weights in 1 lb Increments ~ You get Both Sets for 55.00
