We have a wonderful opportunity here for someone with the right attitude who likes doing labor jobs! There is room for growth and development beyond the job duties described below.
We are looking for someone who is available Wednesday-Sunday to join our moving crew.
Wednesday-Sunday: 9am-5pm.
A total of 30-40 hours per week.
Job Duties:
- Drive the Box Truck and Cargo Van
- Take payments from customers & obtain signatures
- Move furniture up and down stairs (training and equipment provided)
- Call customers with your ETA when you're on your way
Attributes of the right fit: **ATTITUDE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXPERIENCE. WE CAN TRAIN ANYONE WHO HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE TO CONDUCT THE WORK PROPERLY.**
- must have valid driver's license
- US Citizen a plus (we do Government contracts at times and they require US Citizenship)
- shows up for work on-time (Punctuality/Timing is important for furniture deliveries and moving jobs)
- dresses appropriately
- pleasant & friendly demeanor with coworkers and customers
- can fill out our job application
- has three professional references
- in good health & the ability to lift 50lbs or more
