Sales & Operations Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Schedule truck tire installations, repairs, alignments, inspections, and preventative maintenance appointments.
• Coordinate daily workflow with service technicians to maximize shop productivity and minimize customer wait times.
• Prepare accurate estimates, repair orders, invoices, and work orders.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate billing and payment. Communicate with purchasing personnel regarding tire and parts needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Train new customer service employees in company procedures and customer service standards.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining positive customer relationships. Assist owners with scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations.
• Support commercial fleet accounts by coordinating service requests and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer service area.
