In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and help respond to security-related concerns while supporting access awareness and site operations. Pay Rate: $29.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or incoming requests, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, service calls, unusual activity, and/or status updates in logs and reports, helping to support timely communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate routine and urgent response activities by assigning calls, tracking officer locations, and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting conditions and reporting concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
