Securitas Lonza is hiring a Full-Time Supervisor for our Newington, NH security team. A security supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of a facility by monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, training staff on security protocols, and coordining with law enforcement, when necessary, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Our ideal candide is former/current military, former law enforcement, or from a security background. Managerial and security experience is preferred, but we are happy to teach, train and mentor individuals with little experience.
Pay Re: Starting $23.00/hr
Schedule Available:
Surday & Sunday 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday-Wednesday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
40 hrs/week
Essential Functions:
- Performs the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.
- Provides lead direction assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s); acts to ensure th post orders are followed, th established rounds are completed, and th adeque reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situions.
- May counsel and discipline personnel as approprie; seek advice from company management or designed representives as approprie; meet personally with employees and documents counseling and disciplinary actions.
- Assists in the training of Security Officers and review of post orders.
- Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel informion to the company as designed.
- In conjunction with company management or designed company representives act to ensure adeque security coverage of all posts.
- Prepares files and submits various reports as required.
- Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordines to outline tasks and responsibilities.
- Meets with client representives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance th all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
As assigned, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with ste and federal laws, carries out lead or supervisory duties th can include some or all of the following: interviewing, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and, making hiring and terminion recommendions.
Educion/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of reled experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

Requirements:
- 18 Years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus!!
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic
- Conflict resolution & de-escalion skills preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct foot and/or mobile prols throughout shift – During various weher conditions.
- Must be able to stay alert & have gre tention to detail.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Must have a reliable means of transportion & communicion.
