I'm a 69-year-old woman who is in need of a roommate in my big West side apartment. The rent is $1100 a month, everything included. There is a $40 background check for references that is necessary for the landlord off street parking garage available with storage, washer and dryer in the unit and there is an office for use. Room is furnished unless not needed. No smoking indoors but there is a closed-in porch available. Nice yard and grow for use. No pets please. I am posting this for my mother.
