I do not smoke or do any drugs, drink occasionally. I am comfortable with casual, respectful environments. Cleanliness and mutual respect are extremely important to me.

The Space:
Ideally, we’d be splitting a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (or even a 3 bedroom to have an extra space for shared office etc. ) Budget-wise I am looking at a max of $2k each so in the ballpark of $4k total max.
Living Arrangement:
- Clean, comfortable, and respectful co-living.
- Casual and nudist-friendly
- Open to having friends or dates over occasionally for dinner, board games, or socializing but no regular overnights.
