Located on the heights in Concord, NH. The total rent is $1,565 but it is split evenly between me and the possible renter ($782.50). As well as internet and electricity. It's a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath on the second floor, with a balcony. Plenty of closet space. No smoking inside the building. No laundry in the unit, but there is a coin operated laundry room in the building. Secure building which requires a key to get in and out. I do have 2 cats, which is the maximum amount of pets allowed (dogs not permitted, not even on the property). Must respect the shared spaces of the apartment and clean up after yourself.
Off street parking for residents only, all visitors must park on the street. Respond to this post so we can meet and see if it's right for you and if we will get along. Will provide images of apartment upon request.
