Hello, I am posting this add in search of 1 or 2 female renters. There is currently a room for rent in the house I rent in. A second room will be available starting August 1st.
Me and my housemate (landlord) are both females looking for FEMALE renters only at this time. Rent is $725 a month with everything included. We are located downtown Concord about 5 minutes from NHTI. You would need to be okay with animals as there are two female pitties, very sweet and shy. There is also a female cat who mostly keeps to herself.
There is off street parking only. You would have full access to the kitchen and living room. Cabinets will be offered for you store food separately from everyone else. We ask that you clean up after yourself and be respectful of others time and schedules. The rooms are different sizes. Can easily fit a bed in the middle with room on either side for a small nightstand. Rooms do come furnished if you prefer.
First and last months rent will be requested before move-in along with the signing of a year lease.
