Im looking for a male housemate in Antrim to help with expenses. Antrim is located 1/2 hour from both Keene and Concord (10 mins from hillsboro). The house is located on a quiet street situated on 2 acres with a brook in backyard and plenty of parking.
You will have your own bedroom (10×14) with small private bathroom ( shower, sink, potty), on 2nd floor. It has a queen bed and big dresser in there but they can be removed if not needed), shared living room /kitchen and storage in basement if needed.
$1100 plus 1/2 food....included is electric, wifi, heat/hot water, trash removal, and laundry.
We must be compatable as we are sharing the living space!
About you...
-Must have job and transportation -we are a mile from town center
-must like cats ( I have 2 friendly ones)
-gay or gay tolerant ( I am into guys but not in your face about it)
-be fairly tidy and clean up after yourself
-chill and easy going personality
-not a heavy drinker ( occasional / or in moderation is fine) 420 ok but no hard drug use please.
