Hello I'm going to run something out there I'm in WV now need something different no luck so decided to see if anyone would be interested in trading a small guess house or cabin that's decent with normal amenities like indoor bathroom water electric I'm ok with paying for utilities but free rent would be ok helping with small business ranch property upkeep cars and most anything else not set on any one area have one dog no criminal record not a illegal don't drink smoke party or anything like that I take people at their word unless given a reason to not believe them so I expect to be treated same I'm unusual that way today not afraid to work not lazy not looking to deal with anyone going to ask for live history and 5 million references and bs if you might have something and need help let me know thanks
