It's all off grid except for power. House hold 15amp power is fine (I have a meeeter) so I can pay for electricity separately. My trailer is 24ft plus my pickup truck. It doesn't look like a live in trailer from the outside. So people don't realize it's my home. I quit and clean. 61 years old can offer a clean background check. Im employed .no pets.
