It's in decent shape, but does have some scuffs, scratches, dings, and dents from normal use.
If you need "new", go pay the $325 for something shiny... that's gonna end up being scratched, dinged, and dented anyway.
Dimensions are approx. 42" long, 46" high, and 14" deep at the mud height sections, and about 12" deep at the top and bottom (conforms to curvature of van side.
Sized to straddle the wheel well.
Shelf heights are adjustable.

Also note that the shelves are designed to restrain boxes and bins, etc, as long as you're not driving like Starsky and Hutch. (Boxes, bins, Starsky, and Hutch not included)
Note - The asking price is only valid as long as you don't try to haggle. If you try to dump my asking price, your either gonna end up paying MORE, or going home empty handed.
