Lakes Region Modular is seeking an office manager.
Experience with the following is preferred:
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Reception/Greet Customers, Vendors and Visitors
• QuickBooks Online – Data Entry
• Employment and Insurance Compliance including yearly audits
• Contract preparation
• Service requests and follow-up
• Outlook calendar management
• Filing
• CRM service requests, warranty service requests, dispatch and follow up
