Customer Support Representative
We are a busy, small-business casual office looking to add a friendly and professional Customer Support Representative to our team.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming customer phone calls
• Responding to customer emails and inquiries
• Preparing and sending sales quotes to prospective customers who request information (no cold calling)
• Providing excellent customer service and timely follow-up
• Maintaining a professional and positive communication experience for customers
Requirements:
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
