Small landscape construction company based in Greenland NH is looking for someone to run the office and grow with us.
WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS:
We build high-end outdoor spaces for clients across the NH Seacoast. The business is growing, and we need someone to handle the administrative and operational parts of the business along with the owner.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING:
Client communication — emails, scheduling, follow-ups
Invoicing and accounts receivable (QuickBooks)
Job costing and tracking
Coordinating crew schedules and project logistics
Managing documents, contracts, and records
Project planning, system creation and implementation
Business development planning
Working directly with AI tools (Claude, Cowork) that we use to run daily operations
WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR:
Honestly — a sharp, dependable person who wants to learn and grow. We don't need someone with 10 years of landscaping experience. We need someone organized, good with people, comfortable with technology, and interested in understanding how a real construction business runs. If you're into AI and tech tools and want to work somewhere you can actually put that to use — this is a good fit.
WHAT WE OFFER:
$28–35/hr depending on experience
Part time or full time — we can work with the right person
Mix of in-office (Greenland) and remote
Room to grow into a salaried role with benefits
