Playing a variety.. old school blues done a little dirty and loud, some old rock stuff, and originals as they pop up.
Lots of bands out there doing this stuff. I’m not interested covering songs to sound like the original recording. I want to develop a sound as a group, that translates from the covers to originals.
43 years old, practice in Concord. Looking for a player that brings a cool vibe, cool presence, and sings some backup.
Anything from Muddy Waters and BB to Black Keys and Tom Petty and some of my stuff as it comes.
I don’t really want to think of this as a “cover band”, although there will be lots of that. Just looking to get started, get creative, and use some of the band members history to get decent gigs once everything comes together.
