My name is Joe. I’m a young 69 year-old guy who’s looking to play in a progressive rock tribute band. I stopped the playing in a band thing about seven years ago due to most of the musicians I’ve found just wanted to get stoned all the time during gigs. I don’t find that a good idea, do you? I don’t drink smoke or do drugs.
I’ve been writing and recording my own music since, but I’ve got that urge to play again with the power of a band around me. If I can hear it, I can play it, so no problem about me playing. Along with this I posted pictures of the gear I use at my home studio. But I can put together any rig needed for the type of music you would want me to play. Remember, I’m just looking for a tribute band that plays one bands music. I’m a big Yes and Rick Wakeman fan, and have learned a lot from them throughout the 60 years I’ve been playing. (I did take music lessons from nine years old to around 12 years old)
Let’s talk!
