In the picture, this has an upgraded Floyd Rose Original Tremolo with an added fat brass block upgrade. This is a $300+ upgrade (parts + installation). This guitar normally comes out of the factory with a cheaper Floyd Rose Special. If you don't want the upgraded Floyd Rose Original, the guitar will come installed with the Floyd Rose Special instead for $600 total. I have a lot of experience with both trem systems and the upgrade is well worth it in my personal opinion though. Otherwise, I will provide this guitar as is along with the stock Floyd Rose Special to you. It currently has 10.5 gauge strings on it tuned down 1/2 step and feels fantastic.
