I used it primarily at home, and at music festival jams. It wasn't played out, no bars etc. No smoking rooms. It is kept in a humidity-controlled environment. It comes with a case, and it has a pickup. I had it "setup" less than a month ago. Has on Martin strings. Restrung one month ago. Reason for sale? I inherited an acoustic, I own another acoustic, I want to pass on the Eastman. Don't be shy, make an offer. I don't post "for sale" items often. I have the original purchase receipt.
