Legendary Guild F212XL STD 12-string acoustic guitar built in Guild's New Hartford CT plant, d.o.b. May 29, 2012 (according to Guild's serial number decoder). The guitar is in excellent but not pristine condition. There is a small blemish on the back, lower bout (see last photo). Otherwise this guitar shows very little signs of use.

K&K Pure Mini bridge plate passive pickup installed.

Includes original Guild hard shell case.

New low-tension strings installed and maintained at standard tuning.
