I have a VERY rough 1983 GPz1100 rolling chassis for sale. The front wheel has a small wanker in it but can be fixed. Lots of surface "patina" on almost everything, patina is a polite word for rust! I guess the one really good thing about it is that it is a very low VIN # for the frame and some people look for that desirability. Or if you need a clean VIN this head tube can be used on another frame if you are a fabricator/welder. No engine just a roller but the fuel injection system is included. Take a GOOD LOOK at the images and see if you can use it for your project. It does come with the seat but that is not pictured. This stuff hasn't been made for a long time and some of it is hard to come by that's why I'm trying to get it to someone that can use it instead of scrapping it.
