Like new, I don't think ever used.
Purpose of SmartEqualizer is to solve flashing problems when upgrading to LED turn signals or custom lights, acting as a load balancer to make the bike's system "think" the old, power-hungry incandescent bulbs are still there, ensuring proper blink speed, brightness, and retaining functions like turn signal cancellation and OEM alarm compatibility. It's a small, plug-and-play device that draws little power and generates minimal heat.
