RdF Corporation seeks a custodian to be responsible for a range of facilities support tasks. Applicants should work well as part of a team and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Job duties of Custodian:
Cleaning of facilities, restrooms and work areas to include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, waxing and polishing of all surfaces, floors, furniture, windows, lighting fixtures and trim.
Emptying of trash, wastebaskets, and recyclable containers, and transporting waste to disposal area.
Maintaining facilities in good working order such as replenishing bathroom supplies.
Moving equipment, furniture and supplies as needed.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements of custodian:
Successful candidates are dependable and efficient, and must be able to read and comprehend instructions & manuals, safety rules and correspondence.
Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED.
Candidates must be available to work M-F, at least 18 years old, able to pass a drug test, and authorized to work in the U.S.
Duties to be performed at multiple locations in southern New Hampshire.
9/80 work schedule. Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm, and alternating Fridays 8am-4:30pm
