Very slightly used Travis 30 inch PROPANE fireplace insert.
Took this out of my 36 inch fireplace
Works great. Throws an immense amount of heat.
No fan installed in this one, but if you opt to install one, they're still available.
Also set up for a remote control which I do not have, but they are also available.
Unit is in excellent condition and is a quality product.
All parts for installation are there other than a flex gas line.
See pics for measurements.
Outer flange plate (black) allow this unit to fit in a much larger fireplace.
This is a PROPANE unit.
New units are over $2,500.
Very heavy weighs about 100 lbs.
